Chef Pete's smoked brisket is so good that when the scent wafts through the air and reaches their nest, Glen Eden's newest residents awaken and ask for some. They've now been named the velocirobins, and they INSIST you go to Tavern at The Glen to try the Brisket Sandwich, served with Hot Honey-Onion Jam
on a Toasted Baguette.
