The Well Collaborative NH

The Well Collaborative NH The Well Collaborative NH explores wellness as a continuous, evolving cycle. Each aspect of our well-being is interconnected.

The Well Collaborative NH seeks to make the historic First Congregational Church a community hub for wellness programming, education, music childcare, and food entrepreneurs. When our basic physiological needs such as nourishment, rest, and stability are met, we can focus on deeper aspects of wellness and self-actualization. Life is dynamic, and challenges may prompt us to readdress foundational n

eeds before progressing again. We invite you to embrace the journey with us. Our vision is to become a sustainable and dynamic hub in support of a connected, empowered and thriving community for all.

We are so excited! As many know, The Well Collaborative NH in collaboration with First Congregational Church Claremont NH was awarded a Northern Border Regional Commission Economic Catalyst Grant in December 2025. We are off and running with our fundraising and planning.
We are pleased to announce that The Maki Financial Community Fund has offered a $10,000 challenge grant to the community to help raise $10,000 by the end of 2026. Our first match to this challenge comes from Claremont Custom Framing and Art Restoration.
The grant is for over $800,000 but we have to raise an additional $200,000+ ourselves to unlock the federal funding.
Please help us raise an additional $8000 to show Martha Maki and her company how much we appreciate their support. Check out our project at https://www.thewellcollaborativenh.org/

What exactly IS Valley Quest? 👀

We just learned it’s a long-running Upper Valley project through Vital Communities that turns local places into self-guided “treasure hunts” using clues, maps, hidden boxes, local history, and nature exploration throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.

Some are hikes, others are village walks, historical explorations, family-friendly outdoor adventures, and conservation trails.

Honestly it may be one of the most uniquely “Upper Valley” things I’ve ever come across 😂

Have you ever heard of Valley Quest?

We envision an Upper Valley where residents experience a strong connection to their community by learning more about the geographies, histories, cultures, economies, diverse peoples, and ecologies of the region through a variety of Valley Quests.
