The vision came about one day, relaxing at the Alcove and dreaming about wanting the refreshing experience of those expensive retreats you see advertised in travel magazines. You know, the ones that include yoga, meditation, and massage. A real escape that looks so enticing, you wouldn’t want to leave! We have our daily routines of eat-sleep-work-clean, and try to relax when we can but it just doe

sn’t feel like we’ve cleaned the slate or fully recharged our energy. The answer is this – camping outside for a day, where all you can see are trees, grass, flowers and the support of friendly, accepting people is just what is needed.
