This is a reminder that Jeff Davis' Celebration of Life will be on January 17th from 2pm - 5pm at Big Ash Brewing on Beechmont.

Let's all get together on the 17th to remember Jeff. It's a gathering that he would have loved: a room filled with his friends, his family, memories, music and laughter.

If you're unable to attend, please share a story or photographs below. For anyone not on Facebook, please let them know!

It is impossible to sum up one person's life in a few paragraphs. Jeff Davis was that friend who would always greet you with a huge smile and an even bigger hug. I honestly don't think that Jeff ever met a stranger, once you were his friend? You remained in his life.

We have invited Jeff's daughter, Chelsea, to join this page.

You never know the impact one person has on another until they're gone. In his honor, please share your favorite memory, a story or a photo of Jeff on this post. We could all use a little smile today.

We have been informed by his family that our friend and classmate, Jeff Davis, passed away unexpectedly last week.

Jeff's obituary and funeral arrangements are still pending and when that information is available, we will post that here.

To know Jeff, was to love him. Jeff remained that same funny and kind classmate we met in high school and for many of us, that friendship started before our days at Anderson. If you had the pleasure of running into Jeff or talking to him at our class reunion last September, you left that conversation knowing how much he loved his daughter Chelsea and his three beautiful grandchildren. Jeff's love for his family was clear in his smile, his stories and the pictures he would proudly pull up on his phone to share with you.

We are thinking of Jeff's family and sending our deepest condolences on the loss of their father, grandfather, brother and friend to so many.

The admins of this page are aware of the scam posts and tags regarding "Alumni" or "Reunion" t-shirts. We are blocking and deleting these "people" as soon as we can.

This '81 alumni page was originally created as a "PUBLIC EVENT" page in 2012 for our 30th Class Reunion. We are unable to change this page setting to "PRIVATE" to eliminate bogus posts and fictitious classmates.

If things get crazier with the fake t-shirts, etc? We'll just make a new alumni account page for the Class of '81 and restrict access. We do apologize for the hassle and if you see anything suspicious on this page, let us know! Thanks, Jay and Amy

I wish this wasn't a post that I would have to repeat so soon. Our friend and classmate, Jim Gibbons, has passed away.

We have lost two exceptional people, great friends, incredible husbands, fathers and sons this month with the passing of both Tony Iannelli Jr. and Jim Gibbons.
