For $1,050, The Cheviot House is yours for 12 hours — plenty of time for your ceremony, reception, and every laugh in between. Bring up to 38 of your favorite people and celebrate in a space that’s beautiful, intimate, and easy.

Your rental includes tables, chairs, linens (black or white), a PA system, kitchenette access, and more. Need vendors? We’ve got great local recommendations to keep things stress-free.

📅 Shower Special Pricing is $399 for 38 guests on any available Saturday or Sunday from 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Here's what's included:

Our prep kitchenette with this lovely serving area is a great way to feed guests or bring your food inside onto a square or round table (your choice) with either black or white linens (provided by us!).
