So it was been an amazing week so far. I’ve met some amazing people. Every employee and volunteer at the Thoroughbred Makeover has been supportive and they really want the best experience for the horses and trainers. I am beyond excited about Iris and our future. She is definitely nervous, we both are, but it is a lot of firsts for us both.

It has been just over a year since I purchased this mare. I am really looking forward to our adventures in Kentucky. It certainly has been an adventure thus far. Wonderful to reflect on. ........There will be 178 horses in our primary division. 😮

While mom was out horse showing, Aunt Sandi treated me like the princess I am. Vacuum, grooming, cold laser, hay and a clean stall. Aunts are the best❤️🐴
