‼️ TENTATIVE ‼️barn charts

Due to time sensitivity I am posting a more “janky” version of these than I normally would 🤣🤣

I will get a more polished version (Google doc) made up tomorrow, and emailed out. I just didn’t have it in me today… 🤪

Rabbit barn isn’t quite finished, that map will be available Sunday morning for set up!

This is TENTATIVE, and it WILL change.

As you will notice, we have some open pens. That is on purpose (in the instance that I make a significant mistake)!!

I went strictly off of and tried to do what made the most sense, not who has been in a certain spot in years past… for the most part, each pig entry gets one pen, each sheep entry gets one pen, and 2 goats per pen. Each cattle entry gets 2 tie spaces! This includes breeding and prospect entries. Then I tried to evenly and fairly disperse extra pens so we have tack pens throughout.

Barn charts are in the works! We have to wait to complete them until pens/barns are completely set up to finalize. We will get them posted as soon as we have them.

Rabbits will be in Jack Vanella Hall.

Please do not bombard Julie with excessive questions. She has graciously committed to be our rabbit barn superintendent, but she also works several other jobs.

Rabbit Meat Pen Haul-In & health check: 11am-4pm (Monday 6/8)

Rabbits will enter through a different gate (we will post this once we know).

Rabbit Meat Pen Weigh-In: 4pm-6pm (Monday 6/8)

Breeding rabbits will haul in/out on show day (Wednesday 6/10).

If you have questions, feel free to ask them here in the comments so as we answer them - everyone has access to the questions/answers.

TAGS are available for pick up in the fair office!

Reminder: animals MUST be tagged before they are unloaded and cross the scale! Please rely on your leaders and advisors for help with this!

Each animal will also need to be accompanied with a COMPLETE medication declaration form (these will be available online on Monday)!

Steer exhibitors: each steer must have a yellow transportation slip, as well as the hard copy of your bill of sale (these documents go with them to the processing plant). These will be collected at weigh in!

I am working diligently on getting stall charts done, but I am going to wait to post anything until the pens are set up so there aren’t any (or less) mistakes! lol

Weigh-in schedule will also be posted Monday!!
