Our classic, flaky Albanian pastry is now available in two comforting flavors: feta and spinach. Crispy, savory, and made for an easy breakfast, afternoon pick-me-up, or something delicious alongside your favorite latte or matcha.✨

Vjosa is named after the Vjosa River—the last wild river in Europe—which flows near Tepelenë, the hometown of our owner, Doriana. Bringing Byrek to the cafe is one more way we’re sharing the comfort, hospitality, and flavors that inspire Vjosa.🌊

Cake decorating is back at Vjosa—and this time, the garden is in full bloom!🌷🎂

Join us and our sister company, Molly’s Cupcakes Chicago, for Petals & Piping: A Floral Cake Decorating Workshop.

You’ll turn a delicious two-layered vanilla cake into a buttercream bouquet while learning how to pipe roses, tulips, and other floral details. From first-time decorators to seasoned sweet-tooths, everyone is welcome—no experience needed!💐

Your ticket includes your cake, floral-inspired buttercream colors, all decorating supplies, guided piping instruction, a 12 oz drink from our café, and your finished creation to take home!🍵✨
