O’Hare to Downtown Chicago in just 15 minutes? 🚆🏙️

Plans for the proposed $2.25B O’Hare Flyer could make it a reality.

The express rail link would run every 15 minutes, using battery-powered trains and existing freight rail corridors to connect O’Hare with downtown Chicago in just 15 minutes.

Construction could begin as early as 2027, subject to approvals and funding.

Chicago’s skyline is getting a new landmark. 🌆

Rising at the meeting point of Lake Michigan and the Chicago River, 400 Lake Shore Drive will feature two cascading terraced towers reaching 841 feet into the skyline.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the project reimagines the iconic Chicago window with floor-to-ceiling glass, while expansive terraces create waterfall-like façades and sweeping 180-degree views across the lake, river and city.

With 634 rental units, 1,100 condo units, a new public plaza and connections to the Riverwalk and planned DuSable Park, 400 Lake Shore Drive is set to transform Chicago’s north riverfront.

After nearly a decade of planning, design, and construction, the Obama Presidential Center has officially opened on Chicago’s South Side! 🎉

The $850 million, 19-acre campus in Jackson Park is one of Chicago’s most significant recent developments, featuring a museum, community spaces, gardens, playgrounds, and a presidential library.

Congratulations to the architects, engineers, contractors, and construction teams who helped bring this landmark project to life. 🏗️✨
