This year's festival, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturday, will feature food from local businesses, activities, clowns, a crafters' market and more. There’s also a heavy focus on live music, with a Pink Floyd cover band and others to perform.

Volunteers Needed

The HBA is looking for volunteers to work Hegewisch Fest this year. Do you need service hours or are you just looking to help out, then contact the HBA to volunteer. We need people to help set up and take down the fest as well as perform miscellaneous tasks throughout the day. Hegewisch Fest takes place on August 6th from 11am to 10pm. Volunteers are needed between the hours of 6am and 12am (midnight).
