Our next open gym is just around the corner! As a reminder, our open gym is FREE to anyone. If you have been wanting to check out the gym, June 13th is your chance. From 10am-12pm we will waive guest pass fees for you to check us out.

Members: this is a great time to bring your friends and loved ones to your favorite gym.

will also be hosting a free deadlift clinic before the open gym starts. Meet her at 9am on the 13th to help fix your deadlift and get stronger!

Thank you to everyone who came to Strongman Sunday yesterday! We had a handful of returning lifters and a lot of newcomers join us for a morning of heavy lifts and lots of reps 🥵

Our next planned Strongman day is in August, so be on the lookout for that. If our schedule allows, we might try to sneak one in early July though, so keep your eyes peeled 👀

Only 11 days left to register for our Hella Gay Deadlift Day charity event, as registration closes on May 24th 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

This event is how we are celebrating Pride month this year, featuring a max deadlift and max axle deadlift so our powerlifters and strongman enthusiasts have the space to lift heavy how they want!

Hella Gay Deadlift Day is open to all levels, there are no gender or weight classes, and we expect to see a lot of PRs! Registration fees go into The GND Foundation benefitting a scholarship for LGBTQIA+ youth and their lifting journeys.

Join them from 10am -12pm to learn a few things and enjoy a strongman medley. This event is perfect for all experience levels, so whether you’re an avid strongman lifter or totally new, we have space for you!
