Dear Friends,
It was only about 10 days ago that we gathered together for an absolutely wonderful show with Emily Hurd and Steve Dawson. We had excellent volunteers in Sue Fink and Allen Rein, lights provided by Lee Herman, prepackaged snacks, and we enjoyed a great night of community together. So much has changed in those last 10 days, it feels like much longer ago than it was. But I want to thank all of those people for making that night so special, and all of you for coming to support our little music series held in the beautiful sanctuary of Holy Covenant United Methodist Church.
Given the current situation with COVID-19, we are going to cancel our April 4th show with Jonas Friddle Music. We are really saddened to have to do this, but it's the best thing for everyone at this crucial time. Anything we can do to flatten the curve, we will do.
If you are able during this time of uncertainty, please support your favorite independent artists (like Jonas!) by buying their music and merchandise, attending their virtual shows and tipping, supporting them on Patreon, and telling them how much their work means to you. We hope to all be well & able to gather in May for our concert with Michael Peter Smith, but we will keep everyone updated as we know. For now, reach out (we are so lucky to have this technology right now!) to your loved ones & to people who enrich your life, stay still, and breathe. We're all in this together.
