If you want to play but don’t have a team, come anyway; we can usually hook single players up with a team in need of extra intellect. This is also a good way to meet someone smart and attractive, but no promises. Winning teams get street cred, gift certificates, and other prizes depending on the venue. Bonus Questions for free pitchers are sprinkled throughout the quiz. Oh, and sometimes we have tournaments (usually centered around a specific topic, like "Arrested Development" or Game of Thrones") for big money prizes. You don’t have to be a trivia god to enjoy the quiz; since you’re playing on a team, the collective knowledge base makes for more fun, less pressure.
