This one may be my favorite. Waffles. Vanilla. Maple syrup! We have lots of bunches available this weekend. We are open Wednesday and Thursday from 6 AM to one and Friday and Saturday 6 AM to noon. Florists and the public.

Energy efficiency is in bloom with another one of our 2026 Intuit Green Grant recipients, Chicago Flower Market!

Since the summer of 2023, Sarah Kott of Chicago Flower Market has been bringing locally grown blooms to Chicago florists and the public through her network of 31 Midwest farms.

By installing strip curtains, LEDs, and an occupancy sensor in her flower cooler, Sarah is able to save $450 and 1.27 MTCO2 annually, ensuring her new cooler works well for many years and flowers, to come.
