This event organized by Miguel Becerril in partnership with Tacos Loteria is an event to promote other small businesses that would love to participate to showcase their products/services to increase their clientele and presence to new customers. The concept of this event is to help one another to promote our businesses in a fun summer networking event filled with music, drinks, food, and vendors.
More personal experience with our customers to better serve, sell, provide our products/services. Our mission is to expand our networking circle and been able to promote ourselves to new connections. Our goal is to create as much social media presence as possible. Promote the event to its fullest using all our social media outlets. Promote and showcase each vendor prior and during the event. Create a public event invite to obtain a successful attendance. Vendors will have the opportunity to promote their business, sell their products/services at the event. Potentially increase their brand to a wider range, newer customers, raise presence of their company. Our goal is to work with 15 to 20 vendors to create an intimate yet successful event. An event that will take place on Sunday, August 14th, 2022, from 10 a.m. offering vendors a wide range of hours to promote/sell your products/services. A non-refundable fee of $100 will be asked from each vendor who would like to participate in this event. Each fee is to cover/guarantee your presence at the event. Fee will secure your space of 5ft x 5ft, provide table(s) and chair(s), black tablecloth to make event look presentable and uniformed. Fee will cover the live music provided by DJ to entertain our customers while enjoying the event. Fee will cover the staff in charge of cleaning your space provided, before, and after event, public areas including and not limited to public restrooms. Fee will cover establishment utilities expenses during the event. Lastly the fee includes all promotional presence in all social media and advertising for the event.
