July 9–12, 2025 | Sedgwick County Fairgrounds – Cheney, KS

4-H youth from across Sedgwick County will be showcasing their hard work, talents, and life skills through a wide variety of hands-on projects, exhibits, and competitions — from livestock and gardening to photography, robotics, foods, fashion, and more.

🌟 Fairgrounds Clean-Up Days – Volunteers Needed!

We're looking for helping hands to join us for clean-up at the fairgrounds on the following days:

🧹 Saturday, June 28 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
🧹 Tuesday, July 1 | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🧹 Saturday, July 5 | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Grab your gloves, bring a friend, and let’s get our town ready to host the Sedgwick County Fair.

Whether you need volunteer hours or just want to pitch in, it’s a great opportunity to give back and help beautify a space we all enjoy.

💡Cheney Chamber of Commerce & Main Street houses/businesses—join the fun! If you’d like to dress up your storefronts and show your Fair Spirit, we’d love to see it. Let’s show off our amazing town for all who visit the fair.😍

🌾 Fairgrounds Cleanup - Volunteers Needed Tomorrow 6/24!🌾

We had to postpone our initial cleanup due to weather, but we’re back at it tomorrow—Tuesday, June 24 from 6:00–8:30 PM.

Bring your gloves, rakes, clippers, weed-eaters, and any tools you’ve got! We’ll be cleaning up branches, trimming trees, tackling leaves, and getting the fairgrounds ready for Fair Week!
