The BWE Civic Association will be holding a Deed Signing event on Saturday, July 20, at 4:30pm. Signing will help keep the neighborhood limited to single-family dwellings.

Where: 5724 Maylin Lane. The driveway of the Thomas family.
Bring whoever is on your deed as well as photo ID's.

Beverly Woods East families! Multiplication Power Hours are Back! Hosted by Mrs. Lickert.

Who: Rising 4th & 5th graders

What: Parents say it’s like “pulling teeth'' to make their kids sit down and study multiplication facts over the summer, and yet is a prerequisite skill for math in 4th and 5th grades. In this “Power Hour,” kids will strengthen their multiplication facts with a group of peers (up to 5 per group) using a variety of fun, summer activities! We will sing songs, jump rope, pass balloons, play card games, write with sidewalk chalk, and more. No pulling teeth involved!

Where: Mrs. Lickert’s house in Beverly Woods East. 3331 Champaign St.

When: 10:00-11:00 AM for 5 consecutive days. (Sessions: July 15-19, July 29-Aug 2, Aug 5-9)
