Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Travel Agent based in United States. The Travel Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, including booking flights, car rentals, accommodations, and other travel-related services. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, making reservations, coordinating travel itineraries, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves identifying sales opportunities and recommending travel solutions to clients.

* Expertise in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
* Strong Customer Service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries efficiently
* Experience with Car Rental services
* Proven ability in Sales to promote and recommend travel offerings
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with travel booking software is a plus
* Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
