Rosé all around the world! 🍷🌎

Guests gathered at during Charlotte Wine + Food Week for our 6th Annual Rosé , an interactive afternoon celebrating the many expressions of rosé. As glasses were poured, of and Open Plan kitchen brought each pairing to life, preparing a series of delicious dishes right before guests’ eyes.

A special thank you to our host of the evening, CW+F Board Member Paul Miller, and to owner Tim Wallace () and Woody French of 3 Keys Wine Distributing for serving as our guides on this global flight of R-O-S-É.... yes way!

Guests capped off the afternoon with a rosé-inspired dessert courtesy of .berry.patisserie. 🍰

From sparkling rosés to crisp classics from the South of France and vibrant New World interpretations, guests explored exceptional wines from Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, and California throughout the afternoon.

Hosted by Charlotte Wine + Food Chairman , the afternoon featured a perfectly paired tasting journey led by special guests Eric Hunter, Territory Manager for North Carolina at Moët Hennessy USA, and Tim Wallace - , owner of .

Guests gathered for a Sake 101 Seminar featuring Kikusui Sake Brewey - , exploring the craftsmanship, tradition, and flavor profiles behind each pour alongside special guests Shunsuke Takasawa of the founding family of Kikusui Sake Brewery and , Japanese Beverage Specialist & Educator for NY Mutual Trading Co.

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed specialty sake and sake cocktails crafted by Blue Door’s award-winning mixologist, Mike Guzmán - .spirits, alongside small bites from .

Anthony Washington, Managing Director of Denali Estate, and , Director of Sales & Marketing for Paradigm Winery, led guests through each featured pour, creating an evening centered around great company, delicious food, and exceptional wine.
