The Dan Wade Best of Show Trophy is judged by the Carolina BrewMasters each year at QCBF, and this year Town Brewing Company took home the hardware with Velvet Riot, their Czech Dark Lager! 🏆

Runner up went to Fonta Flora Brewery for Mimosa City White Ale, third place to Burial Beer Co. for Best of Intentions Bitter Ale in collaboration with Whaley Farm and honorable mention went to Sugar Creek Brewing for Big O Fruited IPA 👏

We’re bringing the Day Session energy 🎾🍺

Debuting at Queen City Brewers Festival, we teamed up with to create Court Shoes Only — and our contribution is Day Session Helles Lager (5.0% ABV) benefiting .

ACEing Autism helps kids with autism grow through social connection and affordable tennis programming across 200+ locations nationwide 💛

Head to the fest to be among the first to try it, then keep the celebration going at the official after party at Heist Barrel Arts at 3PM 🥳

Missed the festival? You’ll still be able to grab Day Session in our taproom starting this Sunday, Feb 8.

Things To Know for QCBF tomorrow:

⏰ Entry Times—Early Access: 11:00 AM, General Admission: 12:00 PM. Your ticket will indicate which admission type you have.

🪪 Bring: A valid ID (required for entry) This is a 21+ event, no exceptions. Bring your digital or printed ticket

🍴Food samples will be available and Tipsy Pickle will have a bunch of awesome full-size options for purchase throughout the festival.

🚙 Getting There & Parking: We strongly encourage attendees to rideshare—Uber and Lyft are your friends! If you plan to drive responsibly, park in lot A or B on the map we are emailing attendees

Queen City Brewers Festival takes place at Tipsy Pickle from 12-3pm on Saturday, with early access ticket holders getting the party started an hour earlier at 11am 🥳

AND we've got one more surprise for
you: the official QCBF after party will be at Heist Brewery Barrel Arts starting at 3pm! 🔥

City Brew Tours will be shuttling folks over, or it's an easy 10 minute walk! Post-fest pizza and pours? We can't wait! 🍕
