Time: Race starts @ 8:30am
Registration Opens @ 7:30am

The 5K-9 Race is held in remembrance of our fallen K-9 Officer, Sgt. Benton Bertram, who lost his life bravely serving his community on Dec. 12th 2018. Ben's love of dogs inspired this event to be dog friendly & encourages participants to bring their furry friends to run/walk the race! That's why it's called a 5K-9!

It's the 2026 Triple Crown of Charlestown! You can run/walk each race individually, or register for all three at once with a bonus finisher t-shirt! Registration is OPEN!

Hey everyone,

All of our Sgt. Bertram 5K9 shirts have arrived. We have packaged the shirts and sent emails to those we had email addresses for.

The following is a list of participants who have shirts here waiting to be picked up. Please stop by the Charlestown Police Department anytime to grab your shirt. Shirts are in the lobby in a gray tray in manila envelopes. Each envelope is labeled with the participants name.

Shirts will be kept in the lobby for the next two weeks. Please stop by and grab your shirt by 8:00 AM, Tuesday, September 23rd. After that all remaining shirts will be re-purposed.

If you know one of the individuals listed please tell them their shirt is ready for pick-up.

Thanks to all of our participants, sponsors, and volunteers for making this event possible. We appreciate all the love and support and look forward to seeing everyone next year!
