A note from Jeanine of Auto-Banh Food Truck:
"Opening the truck was one of the hardest things I've ever done. But also one of the Best. Closing feels the same, so far.
After a very long time of uncertainty and deliberation, I have decided to close Auto-Banh indefinitely. The last day will be Saturday, January 7th.

With many mixed emotions, I am officially announcing my bow-out from Auto-Banh Food Truck. I will be considering offers and possibly some kind of altered-association to keep the Low-N-Slow Pork & Crispy Chicken Banh Mis available (for I will miss them dearly, too), but for now, I will be indefinitely shutting the awning of Big Purp.
Thank you so much for all of the love, support, and hunger over the years. I TRULY could not have done it without so many of you in all of the big and small ways. Thank you for helping me make my dream come true. There's just another dream, journey, chapter, that is begging to live.
Final Hours: 11am-5pm Fri. 30th, & Sat. 31st.
