We are currently waiting for our fill to thaw, and the ground to dry up and things will go fast!!! If you still want to make a stall donation or any donation, get them in soon! Checks get made out to Floyd County Fair Society, and mail to PO Box 301, Charles City, IA 50616, for Stall sponsorships please include a note stating what you would like the plaque to say! Also remember we need to know what you want on our donators sign, business or personal names. Thanks everyone thus far, our youth live in an amazing community!! Remember to THANK our Donors!!

Let's all pray for an early spring so we can BUILD THIS BARN!!! Our original goal was $225,000, but still needed the funds for concrete and a few other side items-like a wash bay. New goal of $260,000 has been decided. As of today we are at $230,001!!! Stall Sponsorships keep rolling in, we still have some left so let us know! HAPPY HOLIDAYS FROM THE BARN RAISING CREW! The Holidays have been good to us, we are at a Blessing of $197,001! That leaves $27,999 to go! THANK YOU, this community is so wonderful!
A few New Year Reminders-if you want to sponsor a stall please let us know ASAP, when the build happens it will be fast, and we would like to have it all finished at one time-including the sponsorship signs. Also if you are wanting to be a sponsor of one larger item, we will still need the concrete in the alley/walk ways, the new wash bay area, and a shade cloth for the south side.
If you need a last minute tax write off and love our Fairgrounds as much as we do. There is still time! Happy Holidays!
