These are the acts that will be playing the main event! We will have both rooms of Cat’s Cradle rockin’ on Friday and Saturday nights June 26 & 27!
Stay tuned for more info about the free events around town including the kickoff party at Lapin Bleu on Thursday June 25, the wrap party on Sunday June 28 at Local 506, and the DJ hosted after parties at The Cave on Friday and Saturday night!

Tickets are on sale now for Dex Fest 2026! You can pre-order your tickets via the link in bio at a discounted rate for 1 week. Your weekend pass will admit you to the shows on Friday 6/26 and Saturday 6/27 at the Cat's Cradle and the Cat's Cradle Back Room, as well as the free events around town all weekend!

Presale tickets: $60

On Monday, 3/23, we will announce the artists and ticket sales will begin at the regular price of $75

For a small additional donation, you can be a sustainer of this growing, locally run festival. You will receive a Dex Fest Poster exclusive to our sustainers as well as our undying gratitude for contributing to the longevity of Dex Fest! Sustainer tier tickets: $100

Taking a moment to celebrate what would have been Sara’s 62nd birthday this weekend.

From the fiery early years spent making noise with Let’s Active and Snatches of Pink to her time uniting forces and performing with Dex under the Dexter Romweber Duo banner, Sara was a talented musician and an all-around inspiring spirit in our community.

In light of the unfortunate passing of the great Lynn Blakey last weekend, we’re keeping the records on as we hold space for both Sara and Lynn in our hearts and minds.
We extend well wishes to their families and loved ones.

Jack White shouts out Dexter Romweber & the Flat Duo Jets during his acceptance speech last night.

So sweet The White Stripes are inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame the same year Dex is inducted into the NC Music Hall of Fame.

Rest in power, Dex! 🤘

Our team was delighted to attend the NC Music Hall of Fame inductee ceremony in support of Dex's sister Monica Romweber accepting the award for Dex on his behalf. Accompanying her on stage was music journalist David Menconi, who put together a kind ode that lit a candle recounting the joy and wide span his music brought to many thorought the decades of his career.

Thanks to the team for recognizing the impact of Dexter's musical legacy. It was an honor seeing his inclusion as part of the 2025 class of inductees alongside the many contributions of fellow inductees Hattie "Chatty Hatty" Leeper, Clyde Mattocks, David Childers, Robert Deaton, and Luke Combs.

Well deserved, Dex– congratulations!
