Staying hydrated before, during, and after the Run Duck Run is one of the best ways to help your body perform in the summer heat. Proper hydration helps regulate body temperature, maintain energy levels, and support recovery throughout race day.

It's also a reminder of just how important clean water is - not only for athletes, but for the health of the Duck River and the communities and wildlife that depend on it every day.
