Only 2 days until Cottonwood Convergence!

If you’ve been waiting for a reason to pull out your fall layers and spend a Saturday outside, this is it. Come wander the makers trail, grab something good to eat, and stay for music and the evening fire performance.

We’ve put so much into bringing this day together, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Hello, Cottonwood Community!

We are so close to Saturday, and we wanted to send along everything you need to know to make your day smooth, easy, and full of good energy.

🏈 A quick heads up: Saturday is also a UNL Home Game day, with kickoff at 11:00 AM. Traffic on I-80, Cornhusker Highway, and Highway 77 will likely be heavier than usual, both before and after the game. Consider an alternate route to save yourself time, stress, and energy — many of the back roads are gravel or dirt, and 70th Street makes a nice quiet "back way" in.

🚗 Parking opens at 9:00 AM. We kindly ask that you stay in/near your vehicle in the parking area, until 9:30 AM, when our team will direct you to the opening ceremony.

🍂 At 10:00 AM, join us in the orchard just across the driveway from parking for our Opening Ceremony — a heartfelt land acknowledgment and celebration led by Tony 3Crows to open the day together.

🌿 Our first workshop of the day, Autumn's Apothecary with Dr. Bobi Farrow, begins promptly at 11:00 AM.

🛍️ The vendor trail is open from 11:00 AM–6:00 PM, so take your time wandering and exploring.

🎶 Midday magic: catch live music from Emily Quick and charming performances by the Bellyharra Belly Dance Troupe, running from ~12:30–2:00 PM.

🍽️ (Delicious!) Food vendors will be on-site throughout the entire day.

🔥 As the evening settles in, don't miss our closing performance with Norse Fyre, from 7:00–8:00 PM — the perfect way to bring the day to a mesmerizing close!

The event wraps up at 8:00 PM.
