Sample the deep fried garlic, garlic-butter dipped corn on the cob, BBQ, Garlic-Butter Drizzled fries, Philly Cheese-steaks, Garlic Sausage on a bun, Quinoa with Marinated chicken, garlic and stir-fry veggies, Garlic pasta, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Empanadas, Bruscheta, and....oh, yes, even garlic ice cream! And don't forget- you can purchase Garlic for your pantry or for your garden at Chehalis Garlic Fest, too! Farmers from all over the northwest will be bringing over 60 varieties of fresh Garlic.
