About the band:
Anna Barnts, Reegan Appleby, and Dillon Rairdin are brought together for one weekend and as
all great talent gatherings have to be named and achieve “band status”, The So and So’s are
born.
Come hear songs of all types and styles, new arrangements of old chestnuts and new chestnut finds as this mighty seven piece provide a unique opportunity to “find something to do in Cedar Rapids”.
Dillon, a member of TreesReach, and a staple of the corridor music scene is a ridiculously talented multi-instrumentalist and vocalist whose passion for all things that make sound is one
third of the music anchor for the evening.
Reegan, is coming back to the stage with a vengeance, where the phrase “life happens” is the starting point for this vocalist to sing it as she see’s it.
Rounding out the trio and holding center as only she does is the Cedar Rapids treasure Anna. All about the feels is what she brings and does every time she steps onto a stage. No style off limits, no song popular or unheard of is unacceptable if it has a story, a perspective and Anna feels it.
Joining them in this great adventure filling out the “guys dressed in black who play in the background” role are none other than the unheard of Cedar Rapids session group “the Brucemore Boys” comprised of Jim Coates, Lincoln Ginsberg, Dave Nanke and Gerard Estella.
Come on out, have a beverage or two, in the area’s best listening room venue and sing, dance, feel, along with The So and So’s.
