🏵 Ellen Reynolds of .with.ellen leads donation based offering, Q***r Yoga Club, every month at Breathing Room Yoga (). Harmony Festival is thrilled to include this important community building event on our schedule! This class is FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

Ellen Reynolds is a school teacher and 200hr RYT.
This summer at Peace Camp, Ellen taught a yoga class centered around Ahimsa. In the future look for Ellen’s Yoga Nidra classes.

🌸 Xene Abraham, Director, of Ageless Art Inc , will be hosting Project Create Peace on Saturday July 26th on the Brewhemia patio from 11am-2pm, along side live music from Sarah Cram Driscoll.
Project Create Peace nonprofit has a mission to help the world re-imagine peace. They seek to get people creating a new symbol that represents creation and life itself.
"The concept is simple, we offer a stencil for the base of the symbol and people infuse the symbol with their peaceful thoughts and creativity. In this way, we create Peace together."
This project and live music is FREE for attendees and the general public.

✨We are excited to have local yogi Sayde Alexandrescu, of , host us on Sunday July 27th at Illuminations Cedar Rapids ✨
Sayde has been practicing yoga for 3/4 of her life. In the beginning she just wanted to sleep better, but through the practice of yoga, she eventually discovered other benefits. With increased strength, stamina and serenity, she came to understand the holistic union of mind, body and spirit. Join a group Yoga Therapy session with her, where breath is emphasized to move the body, hone in on the heart and steer the mind back to spirit.

⭐Kimberly Jaeger-Ajers ( ) was certified in 2016, taught by Heartland Yoga owner Betsy Rippentrop and Fusion Yoga owner Marsha Nieland. She continues to study with and learn from exceptional teachers/facilitators.
Join her and Sarah Van Cleve on Sunday July 27th for our Death Cafe- a lively conversation about life & death and everything in between!
Kimberly guides an intuitive and organic based movement flow focusing on alignment, space, and breath. She continues to grow as an ambassador with the Accessible Yoga community to carry equitability and create spaces for the practice to unfold. Kimberly supports restorative justice by teaching at the state penitentiary and the Juvenile Detention Center.
Kimberly learns most from her children, students, and nature. She praises the vulnerability and transparency that yoga attributes and she believes that blessings come in the form of people while we building this conscious community. She recently became a death doula, supporting folks in end of life care and spiritual counsel. Kimberly hopes to always be of service and to grow in love while continuing to stay playful.
