TO EVERYONE WHO IS PARTICIPATING IN THE 2023 Cedar Bluff Heritage Festival!

The 2023 festival is under the sole direction and discretion of Ms. Jenna Hearl Blackburn. She has changed the festival and it's character solely and on her own.

Today, members of The Reliance Law Group - including Bradley C. Ratliff, Esq., Natasha Ratliff, and our entire staff who directed the festival last year - were advised that many of our wonderful vendors are upset over the festival direction and not being given their spots from last year.

WE LEARNED TODAY THAT YOU WERE FALSELY TOLD THAT WE DID NOT PROVIDE THE NECESSARY INFORMATION FOR MS. HEARL TO ACCOMMODATE YOU. THIS IS A LIE.

We provided the Cedar Bluff Business and Professional Association and the Festival Committee detailed notes and extensive maps of all of the locations of electricity, vendor spots, names of performers, insurance and liability information and more. We worked extensively to organize all of the information about the festival into notebooks for ease of reference. There was literally HUNDREDS of hours of work in the documents alone.

If you were told that we failed to provide information and this led to your inconvenience or inability to be located where you prefer - you were lied to and we were thrown under the bus. Do not blame our wonderful town. Do not blame our friend Linda Singleton (founder of the festival).

Remember! We are seeking new members from our community and surrounding communities to join the Cedar Bluff Business & Professional Association. CBBPA is a nonprofit that puts on the Cedar Bluff Heritage Festival, Cedar Bluff Halloweentown, Veterans day Luncheon, and supports local events. Annual dues are only $50 per year. Meetings are quarterly and you can be involved with exciting things, coordinate with local government, build relationships, enhance business...all while improving our area.

Together, we DO make a difference. Message us for an application.

Come visit the Town of Cedar Bluff for Cedar Bluff Halloweentown on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 5:30 -9:00 P.M. Ghouls, ghosts and goblins will roam the streets along with zombies and other monsters! Trunk or treat, bonfire, free marshmallow roast, costume contests, food vendors, and a haunted hayride all await!

Come see us and bring your friends and family for a great time in the Town of Cedar Bluff, Virginia.
