Happy Saturday!!🍉✨

It’s the biggest day of the year for our little town. Our growers have worked so hard leading up to the month of July and more specifically today to make sure there are enough melons in Cave City to supply for everyone’s sweet tooth!

Most of you know, but just in case you don’t- this guy right here is the heart of our operation. He is hard working and takes pride in every single watermelon he grows. He probably won’t tell you how many hours he’s worked this weekend or how many melons he’s picked but you can just imagine- it’s a bunch! If you see him today or next week or even next month and you’ve enjoyed one of his fine watermelons, tell him about it!

It’s days like today we set back and think about all the knowledge his Dad (Chad) and Pop (Arbra) have shared with him and the hard work ethic they have instilled in him over the years because without it we would not be here. We are to thankful for them and love them very dearly. 🤍
