Take down has begun! End of Day 1! As always we would like to thank each and everyone of you that came out to visit our lights. We put a whole lot of hardwork and love into our display to share with you and we would be šŸ˜¢if no one came to see it. You guys make our hardwork so fulfilling! Hard work = Godā€™s Work. Praise the Newborn King!

We reconnected with lots of old friends and made some new friends out by the bonfire!

Thank you to our neighbors who put up with our crazy lights and traffic. Thank you to John and Gayle Nicol and Justin and Jenna Nicol for putting up and tearing down.

We hope all of you have a safe and prosperous 2025!

Using our Solo Stove every night at the Nicol Christmas Lights! Thousands of people have used our Stoves to keep warm and enjoy our local Christmas Light Tradition! Love our Solo Stoves! Plus, our heat deflector made by Brewtus Designs is a nice touch!

Today is Opening Day! Please read the following...

1. The songs on the list play in one big loop all night long. The playlist lasts about an hour. As soon as the last song plays...it just starts right back up at the top. The RED songs are animated. All lights will shut off and then those songs will be choreographed to the music. The black labeled songs are static songs were everything is on for 5 minutes.

2. Music will be playing on the lawn. If it's too cold, tune your radio to 91.5 FM and you can enjoy the music from the warmth of your car.

3. Watch out for others. Cars will be parked on side of the road and there still will be cars going by and some will not slow down enough. There will be people and little ones getting out of cars, etc. We want everyone to enjoy the event safely. Look out for one another even if you didn't come together.

4. Drivers. Be mindful of the vehicles around you. Move with the line because there will be others behind you. Be courteous.

5. Be Patient. The weekends tend to be busier than the weekdays. If you don't want to get caught up in crowds, consider visiting during the week.

6. We cannot control rude people. Don't be the rude person. It's Christmas after all.

7. You may stand and walk in the driveway. You may walk in the ditch. Stay behind the red lights for your safety and ours.

8. Parents please supervise your children. Please do not let them run around without supervision. Be aware of others that are trying to enjoy the show and they don't want to be trampled by your children acting as bowling balls tumbling down the ditch.

Been busy decorating with all of the nice weather we had in Oct and Nov. Keep sending good vibes to God that we keep getting this great weather! Here is a clue to our new addition to the Nicol Lights. We added more grass and have expanded to the south field. Opening dateā€¦ will be announced in near future.
