Thanks to everyone that pulled together yesterday to create a fantastic art gallery showing and reception for the Casper community to say goodbye to Dean Olson. Appreciate Rob designing an amazing charcuterie board for the event and Daniel for getting all the art hangings ready in time. Reid Wollen led a packed jazz session to support the event as well and thanks to all the musicians that participated. Rep. Harriet Hageman also took time out of her busy schedule to stop by and support the community so we really appreciate her for that.

If you missed the reception, come stop by the HONORING DEAN OLSON WITH A PUBLIC RECEPTION FOR HIS "OF ROADS LESS TRAVELED" PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION and enjoy these limited edition works before they go. Thinness is our motto for our flammkuchen flat bread pizzas. Try them with b**r from Stahoo's Brewery and Taproom **r as owner/founder Jim Gleason gives a talk tomorrow Oct 10 6:30-7:30pm on the fundamentals of b**r. Sample and try the different bears from Stahoo from learning about growing barley and wheat, the malting and roasting process, and subsequent variations in malted grain.

Jim will be bringing the Stahoo Food Truck starting around noon so in addition to the flammkuchen flat bread pizzas, we'll have Gyros, Fries, Piwo B**r infused Bratwurst, Stahoo yeast sourdough bread, Chili, Clam Chowder, salads, etc.

The HONORING DEAN OLSON WITH A PUBLIC RECEPTION FOR HIS "OF ROADS LESS TRAVELED" PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION starts today (Oct 9, 2026)! Enjoy beautiful landscapes across Wyoming captured by Dean Olson who unfortunately and unexpectedly taken from us last week. Reception starts at 6pm and enjoy live jazz from Reid Wollen's and others honoring Dean.

Thanks to Lila Olson, Ann, Daniel, and everyone else involved in getting the gallery put together despite all the challenges involved.

Stahoo's Brewery and Taproom **r food truck will be in front of CitiWerks on Friday Oct 10 6-8pm.

Join us at Citiwerks, as we host Jim Gleason of Stahoo's Brewery to discuss the fundamentals of b**r. You will learn about current farming practices used for growing barley and wheat, the malting and roasting process, and subsequent variations in malted grain. An overview of brewing will focus on key elements of water, grain selection, yeast and hops. Stahoo's will provide samples of six b**rs that they have in cans.

Enjoy Stahoo draft b**r, Gyros, Fries, Piwo B**r infused Bratwurst, Stahoo yeast sourdough bread, Chili, Clam chowder, Flammkuchen flat bread pizza, salads, etc from the food truck and cafe.
