Love N Light Inc is Thankful for the great year we had in 2025 and we are continuing to lay a foundation going into 2026.
We are currently planning another trip to Mexico. We are still selling Collins Familia Tamales and actively raising support to open Misión Mexicana in Cascade through a food trailer. Mision Mexicana aka Collins Familia Tamales is taking Tamale orders for Super Bowl Sunday! We are cooking this week and we would love to make sure your superbowl is loaded with Pork Chili Verde, Chicken Verde, and Red Beef Tamales! We also have salsas available!
We will also have a limited amount of Pozole Wings available! These super tender, flavorful wings are definitely a treat!

As a special offer, all adult beverages, fried ice cream, and churros are available at half price. Moving forward, we will provide tamales or taco platters for pickup and catering services for special events and parties.
