Memorial Day on the Western states course was amazing! Making new friends and checking out the course was so much fun! Only 24 more days left! It’s coming to the end of the Balanced Movement training, we are past the strength section and onto the coordinating the core and refining gait part of the program!

First trip to Western NC for some elevation. As per the advice of other East coast ultrarunners, we ran our 20 miles with fast downhills to "season" the quads for all the downhills of Western States 100.
