Our hearts are still full from this year’s Refuge Outdoor Festival. The laughter, the late-night fire circles, the workshops, the music, the art, the community — it’s all here in this recap video, y'all! 💛

As many of you know, , the producer of Refuge Fest, is currently on hiatus as we rest, recalibrate, and listen for what’s next. And truthfully, we’re not yet sure what the future holds for the festival.

But your voice matters deeply in what comes next.

Refuge Outdoor Festival 2025 was nothing short of magical — three days of music, workshops, outdoor adventure, and connection in community. 🌲

A huge shoutout to everyone who came out to camp, dance, hike, learn, and share your light with us. And to our brilliant young leaders who showed up for the 2nd Annual Refuge Youth Summit — thank you for your vision, your courage, and your voices. You are shaping the future of outdoor culture and community care.

☀️ Refuge Outdoor Festival kicks off TODAY (Fri, Aug 22) — and we’re in for a hot one all weekend!

📍 With highs in the upper 80s–90s, Refuge will still be the place to be:
✨ Cool off in the river
✨ Lounge in a hammock under the trees
✨ Stop by our cold towel stations around the park
✨ Find relief under extra shade structures
✨ Reapply at the sunscreen station at The Outpost

Bring your hat, your refillable water bottle, and your best sunny vibes. 🌿💦 Let’s make it a weekend of joy, connection, and care for ourselves and each other.

🌿✨ The 8th annual Refuge Outdoor Festival kicks off TOMORROW! 🥳 We’ve got a full weekend of community, art, music, and outdoor joy waiting for you.

⚡️ EVENT INFO

Photos & videos may be taken during the festival. You can opt-out at check-in if you prefer not to be photographed.

Cell service is limited onsite.

Pack in, pack out — let’s leave no trace together! ♻️

No recycling or compost available onsite — please plan to take it with you.

Dumpsters are located at the campground entrance.

Peep the festival map (link in bio, Whova app, or website) to get familiar before you arrive.

🛎 REGISTRATION

Check-in opens Friday, Aug 22 at 3PM and closes at 9PM.

Early check-in not available.

Campsites must be cleared by Sun, Aug 24 at 12PM.

Bring a photo ID for check-in and as collateral for Silent Disco gear.

🚗 GETTING THERE & PARKING

Onsite parking included with your registration.

Carpooling highly encouraged — coordinate with friends & fam to save space + the planet. 🌍

🔥 FIRE & WILDFIRE SAFETY

No current fire bans or active wildfires in the area. 🙏

🍳 FOOD

Bring your food, plate, and utensils. The camp kitchen will be stocked with stoves, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

Store food in vehicles or bear boxes to deter wildlife.

Propane/LP stoves & fire pits permitted.

Potable water & greywater dump station available at campground.
