The Carlisle PA Fairgrounds are the home of Carlisle Events, one of the world's largest presenters of collector car and truck entertainment. (no relation) became friends through a mutual interest in cars of the 1950s. Together they began going to car shows and swap meets, where like-minded individuals would hunt for parts and accessories to restore their vehicles. In 1973, they founded Carlisle Ev

ents and now produce 10 annual events. Over the years, Carlisle Events has transformed the fairgrounds to suit the needs of car show participants and visitors. Continuous improvements include paved roads, a manicured landscape and more than 10 permanent buildings. At the same time, Carlisle Events has established consumer-friendly services such as on-site bank financing, notary and title service and a wide variety of dining choices. Nearly 100,000 automotive enthusiasts from around the world gathered at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds & Carlisle Expo Center for five days of buying, selling, and trading everything automotive. From packed aisles at the flea market to standout finds in the car corral, the energy was nonstop!

The two-day collector car auction brought serious action too—$5.3 million in total sales, a 63% sell-through rate, and nearly $43,000 raised for charity! 💰
