🏆 The Arkansas SCA State Championship is Coming Back to Carlisle! 🏆
Mark your calendars for November 27-28, 2026, as the Arkansas SCA State Championship returns to Carlisle, Arkansas!
John and I are honored and excited to once again host this incredible event and continue the tradition of crowning the Arkansas Steak Cookoff Association State Champions. in Steak, Ancillary and Kids, (note kids entry will be paid by none other than Big Jim's Rubs and Sauces LLC). For the past five years, we've had the privilege of welcoming some of the best steak cooks from across Arkansas and all over the country, and we can't wait to do it again.
Whether you're competing for a state championship, chasing points, or simply looking to spend a great weekend with friends who share a passion for steak cooking, we hope you'll make plans to join us in Carlisle.
Registration will be opening soon, so be watching steakcookoffs.com to secure your spot. We expect another outstanding field of competitors, and you won't want to miss it!
