The position:

Delivery and Operations Crew Member

3A’s Inflatables is seeking hardworking and dependable team members to handle delivery, setup, and operations for our inflatable rentals.

This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a growing small business.

Responsibilities:
-Load, transport, and unload inflatables and event equipment
-Ensure all equipment is accounted for before and after events
-Set up and take down inflatables safely and correctly
-Perform safety inspections of equipment
-Drive company vehicles to event sites
-Assist with physical labor and light property work during downtime
-Maintain clean vehicles and storage areas

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record -Detail-oriented and safety focused
-Dependable and punctual Able to work weekends (required)
-Clean background check required
