Launched by the non profit, Global Exchange Arts Roundtable (GEAR), Art Soaked Weekends is a vehicle to celebrate, enjoy and efficiently organize unique arts, culture, local food and drink events on Virginia's Eastern Shore in the town of Cape Charles. Featuring and created by Experimental Film Virginia. Partners with The Oyster Farm Seafood Restaurant and Lemon Tree Gallery and Studio.
