Crystal Coast Indoor Triathlon Crystal Coast Indoor Triathlon is our 4th annual indoor triathlon at The "GYM".

This event consists of a 20-minute swim in our indoor pool, followed by a 20-minute spin class, & a 20-minute run on our Cybex Treadmills.

5 weeks out. Here's the only training plan you need. 💪

You don't need to be an elite athlete to finish the Crystal Coast Indoor Triathlon on May 9th — you just need to show up consistently between now and then.

Here's your simple weekly focus:

🏊‍♀️ 1 × 20-min swims per week
🚴 1 × 20-min spin sessions per week
🏃 1 × 20-min treadmill runs per week
🔄 At least 1 brick session (bike → run, back to back)
😴 1 full rest day — non-negotiable

That's it. That's the plan.

Proceeds from the Crystal Coast Indoor Triathlon directly benefit local swim teams right here on the Crystal Coast. We're talking about kids learning to love the water. Young athletes developing discipline, confidence, and teamwork. Families who couldn't access these programs without community support.

Hey Athletes,

It's me again your Race Director, Jess. If you've already signed up, you'll be hearing from me everyday this week with some very important indoor tri information. I just wanted check in and let you know where and when our open spots are in the event on Saturday.

Check out the chart below. Let's get these spots filled to make this a great event and raise some money for the Cape Carteret area swim teams! SUPPORT THOSE LOCAL STUDENT ATHLETES!

If you're already signed up, let your friends know that there are still spots open for them to join you!
