19 sandbag ground to overhead (50/30)
Run 400 meters
19 hand release push ups
200 meter farmers carry (35/25) (kettlebells)
19 sandbag step ups (50/30) (alternating legs, 20 inch box)
100 meter sled drag (180/135) 50 meters fwd, 50 meters reverse
