Join us for Jester’s Dance! 🪩 This Saturday evening June 20th, the fools are taking over the Knight Club at Oregon Renaissance Faire!

Featuring headliner Tiny Girl Big Show, DJ Blake and the High Fantasy cast with themed burlesque and drag, stilt walker Ellen Desitter, Vertical Axis aerialists, a blazing fire show from Fuegoscuro, and the Faire Frogs keeping the dance floor moving all night long. 🌙✨ We’ll be crowning the King Fool at the costume contest at 8:30 PM, so come show off your silliest attire and compete for the prize!

Join us in supporting the people who help bring Renaissance Faires to life! This year, the Oregon Renaissance Faire is proud to welcome RESCU Foundation, Inc. (Renaissance Entertainers Services Crafters United) for the first time.

The RESCU Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to promote and maintain the health and medical well-being of the participants of Renaissance Faires, historical performances, and other artistic events through financial assistance, advocacy, education, and preventative programs.

During Knight Club on Saturday, June 20, we’ll be hosting a Silent Auction featuring unique Faire-related treasures and donated items from members of our merchant community.

When you bid, you’re helping performers, artisans, and event professionals access critical wellness resources, financial assistance, advocacy, and support when they need it most. Even better? Wandering in Time Productions will match every dollar raised!

An important message from His Majesty and Sir George Villers about staying safe in the Vale amidst hot temperatures this weekend!

First Aid is located by the town gate. There are 3 free water refill stations throughout the grounds, and a new misting station at the green and white tent at the food court. Stay hydrated, check on your friends, take breaks in the shade, and don’t hesitate to seek medical attention if you experience any heat sickness symptoms.

This Saturday, June 13 the masks go on and the mystery returns to the Vale! 🎭

Knight Club presents the Magic Masquerade, returning to the Vale of Dunrose this Saturday June 13th for an enchanted evening straight out of a dream.

Themed burlesque and drag from the High Fantasy cast, aerialist duo Vertical Axis, a breathtaking fire show from Fuegoscuro in the Royal Arena, the Faire Frogs heating up the dance floor and DJ Blake Ward spinning all night long. 🌙

Tickets are still available but not for long, only a handful remain ✨ don’t miss the Magic Masquerade!

🔥 NEW WATER STATION + HEAT SAFETY REMINDERS
We’ve updated our map to include a brand‑new water refill station that is now available right inside the Main Entrance (Town Gate), next to the Cat & Fiddle Ale House. Fill up as soon as you arrive and keep those bottles topped off throughout the day. Additional refill stations in mid-merchant village and in the Food Court, as well as a misting station at the green and white food court tent.

High temperatures are expected, so please take extra care while enjoying the Vale. Drink water early and often, choose light and breathable layers under your garb, and take breaks in shaded areas like the Merchant Village trees or the large tents near the Food Court and Knight Stage. Armor, corsets, and heavy layers can trap heat - give yourself permission to loosen or remove pieces when needed.

Watch for signs of heat sickness in yourself and your group such as dizziness, nausea, heavy sweating, muscle cramps, or sudden fatigue. If you or someone near you feels unwell, move to shade, sip water slowly, and seek First Aid immediately. Any staff or security member can help you reach Medical, and the First Aid tent is located by the Town Gate.
