What began in 1920 as a small gathering called the Fall Festival is now a local tradition that attracts over 30,000 visitors each year. The food is always a popular attraction. It is hard to walk through the festival without grabbing something to eat. During the day, activities focus on the kids. There are rides, games, and on Saturday, a scholarship pageant. Every evening there are bands for the
entire family can enjoy. There also is a Cruise in on Sunday, beer tent and several dozen vendors. On Monday, the Labor Day Parade weaves through town at 1 PM. There are hundreds of entries for everyone to enjoy! The parade features marching bands, floats, antique cars and clowns.
