The 15th Annual event is Sunday 27-Jul-2025, with registration opening 1-Sep-2024. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund and the Town of Camillus for their support to the Gillie Girl Sprint Triathlon. Baldwin Breast Cancer Research Fund was forced to move their 'Beach Days' event from the Veteran's Memorial Park in Camillus, NY to Syracuse University because of the size of the event. Leaving behind

a long-term relationship with Gillie Lake at the Veteran's Memorial Park and the town of Camillus, it was a mere coincidence that this was the chosen venue to host a new event for the Baldwin Fund. The Gillie Girl's Sprint Triathlon is located 2 miles off of Route 5 near West Hill Golf Course on Ike Dixon Road & Sands Road and Gillie Brook Roads. The course includes a 1/2 mile swim in the natural spring fed Gillie Lake, a flat 14 bike route and a spectator-friendly 5k run. This is a great event for all women, first time racers, seasoned triathletes and relay teams.

We're offering a $30 dollar membership which includes access to all our available classes for December, January, February, March, and early April.

Our current classes are Monday and Wednesday nights at 6pm, Wednesday morning at 10:30am, and Saturday morning at 9am.

You can also use our new treadmills if you'd like to make your workout a brick!

Say Goodbye To Summer One Lake At A Time.... Choose between 1,2, or 3 lakes.

Start at 8:30am (3 lakes); 9:30am (2 lakes) 10:30am; 1 lake. All start and end at Meier's Creek, Cazenovia. Fee includes a buffet lunch and 1 drink ticket.

Ride around beautiful Madison County and enjoy the views of Tuscarora, DeRuyter, and Cazenovia Lakes in that order.
48, 36, or 11 miles. Meet back at Meier's for lunch. Courses will be marked and Garmin map to upload. Turn by turn directions will be provided.
