💡 What is REFORMAT?

This is reformer Pilates energy — without the reformer.

REFORMAT is a reformer-dupe mat Pilates class designed to create:
• Long, elegant muscle lines
• Lean, sustainable strength
• Deep core support & posture lift

We recreate the slow resistance, continuous tension, and lengthening traction of reformer Pilates using bands, sliders, and intentional sequencing — layered with control, reach, and flow.

Expect slow, precise movements, deep core activation, and sculpting sequences that make mat Pilates feel like the reformer experience.
