Year after year, I am truly humbled by the love and support shown to this event. To those of you who have been coming faithfully for years, some from the very beginning, THANK YOU for continuing to ride with us. And to everyone who joined us for the first time this year, WELCOME! We hope this will be the first of many Round Ups for you.

Twenty-four years later, we are still gathering, laughing, riding, reconnecting with old friends, making new ones and keeping the memories and legacy of Vicky Gadson alive. That would not be possible without YOU.

On behalf of Rickey, Crystal, myself and the entire Gadson family, please know how deeply grateful and appreciative we are for every person who showed up, participated, traveled near and far, shared the event, brought someone along, or supported us in any way.

You could have spent your Saturday anywhere, but you chose to spend part of it with us, and we do not take that for granted. ❤️

Our motorcycle community continues to remind us that this is so much more than an event. It’s family. It’s tradition. It’s love. It’s remembering those who paved the way while continuing to bring generations of riders together.

13 yrs ago today, my mother Vicky Gadson transitioned from this earth due to a 6 week bout with 🤬CANCER. Being as tho my brother proceeded her, that meant I was an only child at that point which was extremely difficult to navigate thru while still planning the entire funeral and making sure it represented what she wanted and who she was to the Philadelphia riding community. Dozens of motorcycle clubs showed up in force coming from all over, reminding me of my father‘s funeral,(pictured) which was one of the largest in the city of Philadelphia with thousands of attendees!
I would have to say my mother‘s was probably the largest of any woman non-dignitary in the city of Philadelphia.
You’re buried on top of Dad and next to your only other son.
I made sure to do it YOUR WAY mom and I think you would have been proud🥹🥹❤️

Anybody who’s had to watch or deal with losing a family member to this horrible disease, feel free to share this post to raise awareness that something has to be done. It’s too much money involved in treating patients, so there will never be a cure because this country making billions is more important than saving a human life 🥺🥺😞😞😞
