The son of legendary guitarist Ry Cooder, Joachim has performed with icons including Johnny Cash, Ali Farka Touré, Steve Earle, John Lee Ho**er, and the Buena Vista Social Club.

His acclaimed album Over That Road I’m Bound reimagines the music of Uncle Dave Macon through the haunting tones of the African thumb piano, creating something wholly original and deeply soulful.

🏡The kids are gone… now what?

Join us at the Camden Opera House on July 15 at 7:30 PM for Empty Nest and All the Rest, a laugh-out-loud one-man comedy show from comedian and storyteller Clay Hausmann.

After decades of parenting, the kids have packed up and headed off to college or their adult lives—taking the groceries, the passwords, and most of the conversation topics with them. Now it's just you, your spouse, and a whole new chapter filled with awkward questions, unexpected realizations, and plenty of comedy.

With sharp observations, relatable stories, and big laughs, Clay explores the joys, challenges, and absurdities of life after the nest empties. Whether you're an empty nester, about to become one, or just need a good laugh, this show is for you!

Best of all, this performance is a fundraiser for the Camden Opera House Community Arts Fund, helping to provide free or low cost arts programming.
