Today’s Curvy Cutie Fitness workout is a beginner level upper body routine. Two compound exercises and a single exercise. Aim for 1-3 sets of 12-15 reps using a heavy enough weight that your muscles feel fatigued towards the end of each set. Try this workout and let me know in the comments how it goes for you. 🥰
