EARTH DAY—HISTORIC PRESERVATION is the ultimate form of RECYCLING and the GREENEST buildings are the ones that are already built. LIVING & LOVING OUR BEST LIFE — renovating the 7OO BLOCK of historic Main Street. A time for historic restoration.

Only a few years ago this Main Street building, Under The Chandelier at the Drennan & Randolph Building - was exposed to the elements, a concrete oasis of sorts, marked with a thriving Mimosa tree inside its historic brick walls.

BEFORE & AFTER—the 1880s "DRENNAN & RANDOLPH BUILDING" at 700 & 702 Main. A hardware, queensware, fancy dry goods and tin shop in its earliest days with a new identity of its own as an event and performance center. Uncovering a pair of brick arches and carriage doors led to a 50’ antique bar and back bar crowned with a 56” Chandelier followed by a collection of eclectic and huge chandeliers over time. The building host concerts, weddings, rehearsal dinners, Christmas parties and birthdays. Continuing the momentum to revitalize CALVERT’s Historic Business District--one of the LARGEST HISTORIC DISTRICTS in Texas on the NATIONAL REGISTRY.

COMING SOON — Farmers-To-Market Coffee Roasting & Packaging. 1000++ pounds of hardware in route via freight to the Drennan & warehouse.
